1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

We offer returns or replacements under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or personal dislike after use.

3. How to Initiate a Return

• Your order number

• Reason for return

• Clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged/defective)

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

4. Refund Process

• Once your return is approved and the product is received back, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that show signs of use, physical damage, or tampering.

• Items returned without original packaging or invoice.
