At Bellerois, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In rare cases, processing may be delayed due to high order volume or operational constraints. In such instances, we will notify you via email or phone.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free on all prepaid orders within India.

  • Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD), depending on your location and the courier partner.

  • If any shipping charges apply, they will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


3. Delivery Time

  • Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

    • Metropolitan areas: 2–4 business days

    • Tier 2 & 3 cities or remote locations: 5–7 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen events such as weather, courier delays, or service interruptions.


4. Service Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • If your area is outside standard delivery zones, we will contact you with available options or cancel and refund your order.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your tracking number and courier partner name.

  • You can use this information to track your order status on the courier partner’s website.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete at the time of placing your order.

  • Bellerois will not be responsible for:

    • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

    • Additional charges incurred due to address correction by the courier service


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged package or suspect the order was tampered with, do not accept it and immediately notify us at contact@bellerois.com.

  • If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, we will assist in locating it with the courier. If not resolved within a reasonable time, we may issue a replacement or refund.


8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Bellerois is not liable for shipping delays caused by courier service disruptions, natural disasters, public holidays, or regional strikes. However, we will provide all possible support to ensure timely delivery.
